Hidden for centuries in the region of Piura, in northern Peru, the White Criolla is known for its unique characteristics, aroma and flavor.  This chocolate has been elaborated from organic, and fair trade, Criollo cocoa beans, cultivated in plantations in the area of Quemazon and Chulucanas.
