Bodegas Cristo de la Vega is located in the heart of the D.O.P La Mancha, in the smallvillage of Socuellamos, in the province ofCiudad Real (Castilla la Mancha, Spain). It wasfounded in 1955 by 25 vine growers, giving continuity to the project that they already had in common for many year before. Year by year, Bodegas Cristo de la Vegabecame bigger and bigger, elaborating better and more sophisticated wines, as the result of the enthusiasm of the whole village. The winery counts nowadays on nearly 60 years of experience and tradition, modern facilities as well as a huge “know-how” personalized in our human force. Thanks to this union and desire to excel our self, our wines can be already enjoyed in many corners of the planet.
MARQUES DE CASTILLA Sauvignon Blanc comes clean, bright and clear. On the nose aromas of tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit and apricot. The palate is expressive, very nice and with good volume. Ideal to accompany fish, seafood and cheeses.
Selection of the best grapes harvested the traditional way to get the best quality reception. Subsequently, a crushing and soft stripping to obtain a premium run juice is made.
The fermentation process control and it occurs at a temperature of 13-14ºC, being very slow in time for maximum organoleptic expression.
MARQUES DE CASTILLA Young Red Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot is a wine in view of cherry red color with high layer.
It presents an intense nose with hints of ripe red fruits. In the mouth, the entry is fresh with a good attack, high persistence and somewhat tannic finish. Balanced acidity. Pleasant and intense aftertaste. Highly recommended to accompany meats. Serve at 16 ° C. Serve at room temperature. Ideal with white meats, rice and soft cheeses.
Our young red MARQUES DE CASTILLA TINTO Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot is conceived after a rigorous monitoring of the vineyard that ends with the collection at their optimum ripeness of the Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot varietals. The reception takes place at the winery varietal separately.
After crushing and stemming their fermentations start these varietals and pumping in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for greater extraction of aromas, color and properties of varieties. After the fermentation, the blend is made and bottled.
