This chocolate has been made with organic cocoa from the Amazon rainforest.  The plantation is located at the Transamazonian road between Belém and Itaituba state of Pará, Brasil.  The cocoa beans from trinitario variety grown in this region are of extraordinary quality and allow the elabaration of a chocolate that keeps the natural flavors of the area.
